Shipping policy

We Ship Worldwide

We’re pleased to offer worldwide shipping on all MARTEYA orders.

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of dispatch, not the date of purchase. Estimated delivery times are provided by our shipping partners and may vary depending on your location and local customs processing.

Where applicable, customs duties and taxes are calculated and included at checkout, so there are no unexpected import charges upon delivery. If duties and taxes cannot be collected at checkout for your destination, any applicable charges remain the responsibility of the recipient.

We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes, and MARTEYA cannot be held responsible for any loss or delay resulting from a P.O. box address being provided.

Important: MARTEYA reserves the right to use alternative shipping partners where necessary without affecting delivery times or service quality.

Shipping rates are displayed at checkout and include any applicable duties and taxes where available.

Please note:

• Orders placed after 2pm (Mon–Thurs) will be dispatched the next working day.
• We do not currently pick and pack orders over the weekend.

Additional Information

• Delivery operates Monday–Friday, 8am to 5pm, excluding public holidays.
• Estimated delivery times should be used as a guide only. MARTEYA cannot guarantee that orders will arrive within the stated timeframes.
• Orders placed during peak periods (such as holidays or promotions) may experience slight delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number and courier details.
You can track your shipment directly via the courier’s website or through your MARTEYA account if registered.
