We Ship Worldwide

We’re pleased to offer worldwide shipping on all MARTEYA orders.
Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of dispatch, not the date of purchase. Estimated times are provided by our shipping partners and may vary depending on your location and local customs processing.

Please note that customs duties and taxes are not included in the shipping costs listed below. These charges, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.

We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes, and MARTEYA cannot be held responsible for any loss or delay resulting from a P.O. box address being provided.

MARTEYA reserves the right to use alternative shipping partners where necessary, without affecting delivery times or service quality.
All prices listed are for shipping costs only and do not include customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

UK Shipping

Standard Shipping – Royal Mail 48 Tracked (3–5 working days) — £4.99
Express Delivery – Royal Mail (1- 2 working day) — £8.99

Please note:

  • Orders placed after 2pm (Mon–Thurs) will be dispatched the next working day.
  • We do not currently pick and pack orders over the weekend.

United States

Express Shipping (DHL) – 3–11 working days — £19.99

Please note: Import duties and taxes are not included and may be charged by U.S. Customs upon delivery. MARTEYA is not responsible for any additional charges that may apply.

Australia

Standard Shipping – 7–12 working days — £44.00

Import duties and taxes are not included and remain the responsibility of the customer.

Europe

Standard Shipping (DHL) – 3–7 working days — £19.99

Import duties, VAT, and handling fees may apply upon entry into your country. These are not included in the shipping cost.

Canada

Standard Shipping (DHL) – 5–9 working days — £25.00

Duties and taxes are not included in the delivery cost. Any applicable import fees will be payable by the recipient upon delivery.

Rest of the World

Standard Shipping (DHL) – 7–13 working days — £40.00

Please note: Duties, taxes, and customs fees vary by country and are not included in the shipping rate. MARTEYA cannot advise on or reimburse these charges.

Additional Information

  • Delivery operates Monday–Friday, 8am to 5pm, excluding public holidays.
  • Estimated delivery times should be used as a guide only. MARTEYA cannot guarantee that orders will arrive within the stated timeframes.
  • Orders placed during peak periods (such as holidays or promotions) may experience slight delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number and courier details.
You can track your shipment directly via the courier’s website or through your MARTEYA account if registered.
