All orders placed through MARTEYA are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order after it has been placed for any reason, including (but not limited to):
• Issues with payment authorisation or transactions flagged as potential fraud.
• Payment made with a card issued in a country we do not ship to.
• Pricing or product description errors on our website.
• Stock unavailability or item discontinuation.
• Lack of response to our attempts to contact you regarding your order.
If an item you have ordered becomes unavailable, you will be notified as soon as possible, and a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@marteya.com. While we’ll always do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once your order has been processed for dispatch.
