14-Day Returns Policy

We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you’re not, you may return or exchange your items within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions outlined below.
By making a purchase from MARTEYA, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this Returns Policy.

Please note:

• All returns are subject to a £3.95 restocking fee.
• For international orders, we currently offer refunds only (no exchanges).

Eligibility for Returns

To ensure your return is accepted, please make sure that:

• Items are in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.
• Items must be free from makeup, perfume, deodorant, fake tan, stains, or odours.
• Please take care when trying on garments and remove jewellery that may snag fabrics.
• Sale items can be returned for a refund to the original payment method. Exchanges are not available on sale items.
• Final Sale items (as marked) may be returned for a credit note only. No refunds or exchanges are available on these items.
• MARTEYA reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, or do not meet the above conditions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Please ensure you obtain proof of postage with a tracking number, and we recommend insuring your parcel for its value.

MARTEYA cannot be held responsible for parcels that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit. Any missing package claims must be raised directly with your courier.

For international orders, any duties or taxes incurred by MARTEYA during the return process will be deducted from your refund total.
