SHIPPING and DELIVERY

Each MARTEYA piece is thoughtfully prepared and dispatched with care. Please note that all delivery timeframes are calculated from the date of dispatch. The times provided are estimates from our shipping partners and may vary depending on your location and external factors.

Domestic (UK) Orders are shipped via Royal Mail.

International Orders will be shipped via our chosen courier.

Delivery times are intended as a guide only and MARTEYA cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

Please Note:

We are unable to deliver to PO boxes. Any orders lost due to being shipped to a PO box will not be the responsibility of MARTEYA.

UK Shipping

The cut-off time for Next Day Delivery is 2 PM (Monday – Friday).

Orders placed before 2 PM on Friday will arrive the following Monday.

Please note we do not pick or pack orders over the weekend.

We also offer Saturday Delivery for UK addresses only.

The cut-off time for Saturday Delivery is 2 PM on Friday.

International Shipping

For deliveries to international destinations, duties and taxes are not included and may be applied by local customs upon arrival. MARTEYA is not responsible for any additional customs fees, charges or delays caused by local authorities.

Standard delivery operates Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM and begins from the date of dispatch. Please allow additional time for delivery during public holidays.
